About The Founder

Gazal Daga is a Corporate Legal Advisor, holds a University Gold Medal in LL.B. and LL.M. (Corporate Law) and has been instrumental in drafting  providing practical, business-driven legal solutions to corporates, startups, and institutions.

Gazal serves as an External Member on the PoSH Committees of TCS, MPOnline, and over 40 other organizations, ensuring end-to-end compliance with the PoSH Act. As President of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Council (Madhya Pradesh) at WICCI, she actively contributes to policy-making and workplace ethics initiatives.

With extensive experience in conducting PoSH inquiries, investigations, and cross-examinations, Gazal has authored numerous inquiry reports and trained several Internal Committees. She has drafted over 100+ business agreements and offers strategic advisory on corporate compliance, contracts, and workplace governance.

Gazal has also trained at the Supreme Court of India, and her research papers, articles, and legal blogs reflect her passion for simplifying complex legal frameworks for businesses.
